Future of Food: From Michelin to Mission

This podcast will look into the sustainability aspects that the Nordic-Baltic food sector is about to face, since it will have political, economic, and societal implications, and investigate possibilities how to respond to those food system related hurdles ahead of time. The podcast is hosted by a recognized consultant dr. Afton Halloran who currently works as a core member of the healthy and sustainable diets team at the World Health Organization European Office. The guests who take part of the discussion are Kristjan Peäske, the owner of two restaurants: Lore Bistro and LEE, Christer Bredgaard, the owner of Il Buco and La Banchina,  two popular restaurants in Copenhagen, and Bettina Lindfors, the Executive Director of the ELO Foundation for the Promotion of Finnish Food Culture.
