Airbnb's first recruiter: forget skills!

Andres Schabelman was one of the first 30 employees in Airbnb and later grew the company into 250 people. Interviewed by Kristel Härma at sTARTUp Day business festival 2020 he says startups are making a mistake if they focus on skills in recruiting new people. According to him the most important things to look for in a person are depth and openness.
